Concept drawing for my first 'monster' tee.

Part of my *cough* mandate is to put down marks that interest me and monsters are almost as good as robots in that respect (which means I’ll eventually be pitting them against each other in my own version of the Robot vs Monster wars)

This “Monster Down” idea will show one large, green, scaly monster lying among the ruins of the city. Perhaps the Air Force will be flying off into the sunset. We’ll see. It’ll be good, maybe with a retro cut-out look and feel.

Remember the “end of earth” disaster films Armageddon and Deep Impact? A bazillion metric tons of carbonaceous rock and ice hurtling through the wastes of space — only to slam into the Canadian prairies with nary an echo. Wouldn’t that make an interesting tee? (more…)
