OK, technically I haven’t even finished reading it, but it’s so mind-boggingly tasty and refreshing that I simply had to take a moment and invent my own Book of the Year Award. And I’m only a third of the way into reading it. Yes, I’m talking about Seth Godin’s let-me-be-perfectly-honest work Linchpin: Are You Indispensable?
I can’t summarize it effectively other than to say:
- it’s an easy read – have no fear
- it’s an eye-opening read – let it sink in
- it’s precisely what this artist needs to hear at this point in his life – oh yeah
